Session Leaders

Tola Oguntoyinbo — Artist and Co-Founder Sonecast

Tola will facilitate a session that will wake you up from your social media coma. World famous internet strategist Steven Keith said about Tola; “I wonder about how Tola became so knowledgeable about social media much the same way I wonder about space. He is “wonder” personified in a smart package. A great brainstormer and ideation person mixed with a bold entrepreneurial streak”

Bill Opal — Head of Recruitment for Sony Ericsson, North America

Bill has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Recruitment leadership positions. He has lead recruitment teams at Nortel, Aimco and Sony Ericsson. He started his career as a contingency search recruiter in the telecommunications space. Beverly Murray — President, R+M

Give a kid an allowance, a thirst for speed and the Midas Touch, what do you get? Beverly Murray. She is the fearless leader and founder of R+M. With 20 years in marketing and creative direction, 17 of those as a business owner, Beverly often finds her passion for living atop a kayak, leaving the rest of the world in her wake. How many presidents do you know who drive a Ducati and wear a Hotwheel’s helmet, lead a client’s brand strategy session and create a new fundraising program for a nonprofit … all in the same day? She’s one of a kind. Also has M&M’s as a line item in the budget. beverly@rmagency.com

Greg Norton + Executive Vice President + Helmsman

With the spirit of an entrepreneur and the steady hand of a surgeon Greg has the perfect mix to guide this branding agency to the top. Don’t let Greg fool you with his laid back demeanor; he is cunning like the fox and has the tenacity of a mongoose (whatever that means). After subduing the daily mutiny he spends his free time cycling, rock climbing, and practicing pirate talk. He is also father to a rescued black lab named “Indy.” Justifies eating peanut M&M’s because they have protein. greg@rmagency.com.
